Examec continues to invest in the future with a SEK 55 million investment in new, advanced production equipment. This investment represents a substantial increase in capacity and further strengthens our position as a leading partner in advanced machine manufacturing.
Among the new additions is a brand-new FPT Ronin 400 bed milling machine featuring a 10-meter bed, a 2 × 2 meter indexing table, and automatic milling head changing. This machine is the largest bed milling machine for subcontract manufacturing in southern Sweden, enabling efficient and high-precision machining of large and complex components.
In addition, we have expanded our machine park with a DMC 125 FD DuoBloc, equipped with 1,250 mm pallets, five-axis machining, and a carousel turning function. Together, these investments provide increased flexibility, shorter lead times, and even higher quality for our customers.
As part of this initiative, Examec has also added a new shot blasting facility, enabling steel shot blasting of components weighing up to 20 tonnes. This further expands our production capabilities and provides improved control of quality and lead times, including the surface treatment stage.
