Design and project management

Experienced project managers and designers control the process from start to delivery. In the early stage of more complicated projects we work together with qualified project managers and designers at innovative engineering companies such as Capgenimi and Join.

Project management is conducted using the project management model PROPS, and we conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for more complex assignments and use a range of project tools like MS Project, Project Place etc. 

The designers have many years of experience in machine designs. Design assignments include everything from changing an existing design to creating a completely new design with testing and validation.

Our designers also work as project managers. We then develop prototypes and conduct tests to ensure the functionality of our designs.

Other documentation such as operating instructions or spare parts catalogues are also produced.

If the customer requests it, we also take responsibility for the CE marking as well as other certifications of the equipment.
